    • Every instrument is carefully and securely packed to ensure it arrives safely and undamaged.

  • Warranty policy
    • Each handpan comes with a lifetime guarantee for natural detuning.
    • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper handling, or misuse.
    • The warranty includes a maximum of one tuning per year per instrument.
    • If your handpan requires retuning, please contact us to arrange the next steps.

  • Return policy
    • If your handpan arrives damaged, you may return it within 28 days of delivery.
    • A proof of damage (photos or video) is required to process the return.
    • In case of confirmed damage, a full refund will be issued.
    • Return shipping costs are covered by us for damaged instruments.
    • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number. We will respond as soon as possible and guide you through the process.
